The HENDI Wok is made of carbon steel, which guarantees excellent heat conductivity and tolerance, withstanding very high temperatures and intensive use without damage. This makes it ideal for cooking techniques that require intense heat to achieve the characteristic sear and flavour.
Made of carbon steel.
Suitable for all types of cookers, including induction.
Not dishwasher safe.
NOTE: should be seasoned before use.
Ergonomic handle made of carbon steel, with a hanging hole.
Can be used in an oven in temperature up to 220°C.
