The HENDI Bain-marie set Ranger gradually heats the GN container’s content or keeps it at a controlled, constant temperature without burning or boiling. The rounded corners of this bain-marie’s water container make cleaning it much easier. It’s an ideal, reliable addition to busy kitchens or self-service buffets.
Heating system with a heat mat.
This ensures 25% of energy saved in comparison to traditional solutions, as well as even temperature distribution.
Housing and water container made of stainless steel.
Also suitable for combinations of smaller GN containers, such as 2x GN 1/2, 3x GN 1/3 or 6x GN 1/6 provided that an adaptor bar is used (not included in the set, it can be purchased separately – codes: 808153, 808108).
Temperature range: from 30°C to 85°C.
Temperature regulated with a knob – 6 levels of heating.
Fitted with a thermostat and indication light.
Water container with min. and max. water level indicators.
Overheating protection.
Waterproof rating: IPX3.
