The HENDI Water filter S is especially recommended for use with vending machines/soft drink machines. It’s essential to keep a machine in good technical condition. The triple filtering technology prevents limescale build-up and corrosion of machine components. Filtered water with an optimal pH level is also the best base for hot beverages – it brings out true, multi-layered, exquisite taste of coffee and tea.

Water treatment technology:
– elimination of calcium and magnesium ions responsible for water hardness (eliminating limescale – calcium residue)
– decarbonisation which means removal of calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate.
Effects: removing unwanted smells and flavours from water, reducing the amount of chlorine, decreasing hardness, bacteriostatic effect which all result in achieving better taste of water/beverages/dishes and protecting catering equipment.
The filter consists of:
– first carbon filter retaining large particles, chlorine, organic matter and other substances negatively influencing water smell and flavour,
– resin filter reducing carbonate hardness,
– second carbon filter retaining small particles,
– filter separating suspension.
Built-in head with possible bypass setting between: 0-70% (there is no need to purchase the head separately).
Production capacity: the filter has to be replaced 365 days after installation to keep bacteriological safety / or after exceeding max. value of output.
Max. output: depends on carbonate hardness of water and the bypass setting.
Max. water flow – depending on the model:
– 1 L/min. (code: 237892),
– 2 L/min. (code: 237885).
Water temperature range at the input: 4-30°C.
The cartridge should be filled only with cold water.
Operating pressure: 2-6 bar.
Connectors: 3/8” M.
