The HENDI Tray with non-stick coating CONVECTOMAT EGGPLATE features 8 moulds for preparing fried eggs, pancakes, or omelettes in consistent portions. With a PTFE non-stick coating, it fits GN 1/1 ovens and withstands temperatures up to 260°C.
Made of stainless steel.
Surface finished with non-stick PTFE coating.
Temperature resistance: up to 260°C.

Moulds measure ø11 cm at the top, ø8 cm at the bottom and are 2 cm deep.
