The HENDI Reverse osmosis filter 1.0 enables obtaining chemically pure water – about 95% purification. Such pure water used in professional food equipment extends its lifespan and moreover, it does not leave residue on cutlery or glassware. The filter is extremely easy to use for the average user, as the membrane is already installed in it. The compact design includes a built-in thread for connecting the pre-filter.

Water purified through reverse osmosis translates into:
– no need for manual glass and cutlery polishing,
– stronger detergent action, thereby reducing the use of cleaning agents and polishers,
– extended lifespan and increased energy efficiency of appliances connected to water.
For use in professional gastronomy – designed for professional food service equipment (not necessarily for purifying drinking water due to the taste after purification).
The membrane only allows water molecules to pass through – it has pores with a diameter of 0.0001 micrometers.
The membrane is factory-installed in the appliance – no need for self-assembly.
Compact design – the housing already contains threads for connecting pre-filters.
Built-in pump, controlled by pressure sensors.

Operating principles of reverse osmosis:
– water flowing through the pre-filter cartridge is purified from contaminants larger than 5 microns (sand, rust, etc., as well as chlorine),
– then it is passed through the osmotic membrane, which acts as a barrier for organic and inorganic contaminants, heavy metals, radioactive elements, and carcinogens,
– the clean water is directed to the end filter,
– after molecular filtration, the water passes through a mineralizing cartridge, further saturating it with mineral salt ions.

Maximum efficiency at water temperature of 25°C and pressure of 4 bar, with TDS of 250 ppm: 1.5 l/min.
Equipped with a pre-filter with activated carbon and a sedimentation final cartridge.
