The HENDI Crepe pan is made of carbon steel which ensures even heat distribution. Therefore, whether making pancakes or crepes, the batter is always perfectly baked. The special shape of this pan ensures that flipping crepes is much easier than on ordinary pan.
Made of carbon steel.
Suitable for all types of cookers, including induction.
Not dishwasher safe.
NOTE: should be seasoned before use.
Ergonomic handle made of carbon steel, with a hanging hole.
Flat bottom, perfect for making crepes and also tortillas.
Can be used in an oven in temperature up to 220°C.
