The counter is excellent for clean preparation spaces where products are cut. The can be used for preparing dessert compositions made of fruit pieces or vegetable salads, for making sandwiches, or even in small meet processing plants, for example for cutting poultry, where the GN containers are used to separate giblets.
GN 1/6 container basin additionally covered. This improves health properties. It also makes it easier to use all the products placed in the GN containers: it is enough to lift a single common cover. This makes operator work faster and easier.
The refrigerated chamber under the worktop is excellent for storing large amounts of ingredients or ready-made products.
